We offer an online portal for you to access all the information and reports about your property. We keep a digital copy of leases, invoices, inspections and all the information related to your home in one place for you to reach anytime.
INSPECTIONS
We do Move in and Move Out inspections, walk through pictures and virtual tours that include documentation of the property’s condition to ensure all maintenance requests and claims after move outs are addressed correctly. Inspections help us find out of any tenant damage or neglect, maintenance concerns, unauthorized pets and other situations that can cause a liability problem.
RENT COLLECTION
We make sure you get paid every month. You no longer have to wonder about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of “everything” so you have to worry about nothing.
EVICTION COORDINATION
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will coordinate and guide you through the process with our attorneys and ensure your investment is protected. An Eviction Protection Program is also available.
